ISLAMABAD: Terming the launch of nuclear-powered submarine by India as a threat to the region, Pakistan on Monday said that the unabated securing of modern and destructive weapons would prove dangerous for peace and stability of the region.
In a statement, the foreign office spokesman said that it is necessary to keep balance of power in the South Asia for a durable peace, and added that “Pakistan wants friendly ties with its neighboring countries but even could not ignore such stances.”
